Why I Don’t Feel

  1. Protection
  2. Fear
  3. Rejection
  4. Embarrassment
  5. Being used (betrayed)
  6. Showing weakness
  7. Pain (emotional)
  8. Being/Feeling left out
  9. Self-esteem (desperately not wanting to be egotistical)
  10. Letting people down (disapointment)
  11. Not having anything to contribute to the conversation
  12. Never being good enough
  13. Not caring (just go with the flow no matter what)
  14. Making a mistake (includes guilt, embarrassment and shame)
  15. Don’t want to hurt anyone (includes anger)
  16. Disconnection (from the world and myself)
  17. Everyone else has to prove to me that they’re worth my time and energy (ego much?)
  18. Inflated ego (fear of)
  19. Feeling someone else’s pain/trauma
