- Being/Feeling left out
- Self-esteem (desperately not wanting to be egotistical)
- Letting people down (disapointment)
- Not having anything to contribute to the conversation
- Never being good enough
- Not caring (just go with the flow no matter what)
- Making a mistake (includes guilt, embarrassment and shame)
- Don’t want to hurt anyone (includes anger)
- Disconnection (from the world and myself)
- Everyone else has to prove to me that they’re worth my time and energy (ego much?)
- Inflated ego (fear of)
- Feeling someone else’s pain/trauma
